The company cannot guarantee availability or a booking for a client who makes reservations less than 12 hours before their flight or on the same day. We suggest that customers contact us or text us our number to confirm availability. We cannot be held responsible for damages that customers may suffer due to Bergen Prom Limo not executing any transportation services as promised. In the event of a dispute, when the customer’s damages are only limited to the amount of the ticket purchased from us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Credit Card Policy

LUGGAGE POLICY

Luxury sedans, as well as sedans of Bergen Prom Limo, have space for up to four adults and three standard-sized bags. Our SUV can hold six people with six standard-size bags.
